Mitchell’s Auto Supplies Limited - “Your Parts’man”, has always been considered a leader in the Jamaican auto parts and accessories industry, providing new and used car and truck parts for mainly Japanese, European and American vehicles. We are pleased to advise that we have recently completed an extensive expansion program which has significantly increase the range of services available to our customers. We are extending a special invitation to your members to visit our new facilities.
New Parts Department
This department meets our retail and wholesale customers needs for new genuine and aftermarket spare parts for Japanese, European and American vehicles. Our new parts Merchandise Department is manned by a Technical Advisor, Sales Supervisor, and a team of Sales Representatives, with the support of Sales Personnel in our Telesales Department. The Telesales division handles all telephone queries, allowing in-house sales staff to concentrate fully on processing our visiting customers.
Self-Serve Department
Mitchell’s Auto was the pioneer of “supermarket style” shopping for automotive goods here in Jamaica. Our Self-Serve Department provides customers with all types of accessories, from grille guards to body clips, lubricants and batteries to automotive adhesives, while our trained Sales Team, with the support of our Operations Manager and Sales Supervisors, stand ready to provide expert advice and guidance as customers make their selection both for resale as well as for their personal use, while their children pass the time in our Children’s Play Area.
Used Parts Department
After years of research, and in response to the enquiries from customers, the decision was made to expand our product range to include Japanese genuine used parts. The Mitchell’s approach to used parts has been the provision of high quality used parts at competitive prices, in a clean and comfortable environment, with the primary focus on excellent customer service. Our Operations Manager has the support of an experienced Sales Supervisor and a trained team comprised of nine used parts technicians ensuring high customer satisfaction. This aspect of the business has been growing by leaps and bounds as other used parts dealers are now purchasing their stock from our used parts division.

We have launched our “Parts’man Discount Card”. This Card will primarily will be issued to all Major Taxi companies as well as select companies and individuals. Discounts are also extended to the following organizations as our undertaking of support for their respective members: Nurses Association of Jamaica, Jamaica Teachers’ Association , Members of the Constabulary Force , Members of the Jamaica Defence Force,Civil servants, members of NCB staff, Jamaica Observer and senior citizens over 60 years of age.
For the convenience of our customers, the company is open for business seven days per week, and currently we have the longest opening hours in the industry.
